BeNutriFit is a comprehensive nutrition software program offering tools for detailed nutrient analysis. It comes with a recipe organizer and several healthy recipes and the capacity to design custom meals. Although BeNurifit comes with a strong set of nutrtition features, it's difficult to navigate. Luckily, tutorials are included; you'll need them.
BeNutriFit includes the standard databases found in all of the top nutrition software packages. This includes food selection guidelines, recipes, a restaurant food database, and an exercise regimen.
BeNutriFit provides detailed nutritional information on every screen. Use the menu building tools when you frequently use the same foods at each meal and generate shopping lists to streamline your trips to the grocery store. The Quick Meals feature delivers automatic nutritional information for meals you eat regularly. The Recipe Management feature lets you add, edit and delete recipes.
This program helps you set weight goals, track progress, and adjust your diet plan to help meet your goals. It tracks weight trends, Body Mass Index (BMI), Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and has a variety of charting and graphing options. BeNutriFit lacks weight calculation, body measurement tools and a body composition screen, all found in higher-ranked products.
