Diet Power is a sophisticated program that provides a unique feedback and coaching function to help you stick to your weight loss goal. The guidelines are personalized to your goal and written in a conversational style. You’ll receive recommendations at every session and see your up-to-the-minute Nutrition Quotient (NQ) to gauge your progress. Diet Power is the next best thing to a personal nutrition coach.
DietPower has an effective design that begins with your end goal. Each screen presents detailed information, summarizes with a simple chart, and gives you recommendations on how to meet your goal for that day. DietPower motivates with dialogue.
You will input all of your physical details and your goals for the program in your personal profile. DietPower will make give you feedback on where you are today and where you should be. It will give a rating of your program based on the number of pounds you want to lose over the timeframe you selected. If you’re program is too difficult, click to make adjustments until you have a feasible program.
Food Management
The food log reflects the coaching approach. Foods are color-coded to show which ones are best for you. You’ll drag and drop from the foods dictionary into your log. You may add foods. And, Diet Power goes a step further: you select which groups of foods appear in the dictionary. Most other programs include the entire database of 6000+ foods, leaving it up to you to delete individually. Here, choose to display 3000 common foods, 5500 rare foods, 2500 chain-restaurant foods, your own additions, or any combination of these groups. Diet Power has a recipe box filled with healthy recipes, each can be customized and you can add your own.
Exercise
The exercise log is set up like the food log. Choose between preset activities or add your own. If your exercise varies by speed, DietPower has a calculator to accurately determine your calorie burn rate.ReportingYou’ll see charts and graphs showing your consumption and progress in every module. Make your own reports and graphs easily. DietPower allows you to track any variable including all nutrients.
